Pastoral Care
Care, guidance and support are key elements at The Sutton Academy. Collectively we uphold an ethos where students feel safe, are happy and develop into confident and successful learners through a strong pastoral system.
We have a team of specialist support staff who work alongside form tutors and teachers to help your child throughout their time in the academy. Students join us knowing that they can fulfil their academic potential as well as developing essential skills for success both in and beyond the academy.
A strong relationship with parents is vitally important to us. Our most recent inspection commented on the strong culture of safeguarding which is underpinned by positive
relationships between students and staff.
