The Sutton Academy realises the importance of good quality careers guidance for all of our students. We take a well-informed, multi-layered approach to careers guidance that aims to cater for the needs of all students.

Appointed in January 2019, Claire Sidhu has the responsibility of Careers Development at our academy.  This role is line managed by Assistant Principal Gemma Medare. In addition to the academy staff, Careers Connect advisor Lia Black supports all students with informed and impartial advice during their time at the academy.
