Year 11 Partnership Evening

You will be aware of the current challenges with the weather, and so with this in mind the Year 11 Partnership Evening today will now move to a fully online 'video-call' appointment system. No appointments will be held onsite. We have worked hard to make these changes as we know the value of Year 11 Partnership Evening and how important the event is in ensuring that students achieve to the best of their ability. 

All appointment times will be updated and finalised by around 2.00pm today.

Ideally, we always try to make sure that there are only small gaps between each appointment so that parents/carers can complete the evening in as short of period of time as possible. However, for some students, due to these last-minute changes there may now be bigger gaps between appointments. Also, for certain teachers where they teach multiple Year 11 classes the system may not allow every parent/carer to have an appointment with those teachers. In cases like these, the teacher will instead ring home over the next week so that these important conversations can still take place.

The 'video-call' appointments will start at 4.00pm today, therefore allowing teaching staff to safely drive and conduct the appointments from home. The appointments will then finish at 7.00pm as normal.
