Our Year 10 boys recently took part in a TCAT Varsity Day Priestley College showcasing incredible teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. They did the academy proud, narrowly missing out on the final after a tense penalty shootout. A huge well done to all involved you were a credit to the academy! #TeamSpirit

Congratulations and Good Luck to Our Turing Scheme 2025 Participants! We're incredibly proud of the nine Sutton Academy Sixth Form students who successfully applied for and secured a place on the Turing Scheme 2025 trip. On Friday night, they set off on the first leg of their journey to Bucharest, Romania. After spending a couple of days exploring the capital, they will travel to the Carpathian Mountains for eight days of outdoor living. Alongside other successful Year 12 students from across TCAT they'll take part in hands-on conservation projects, immerse themselves in the local wildlife, take in the incredible scenery, and enjoy a well-earned break from social media and modern-day distractions. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunityone that will leave a lasting impression and cherished memories. A huge thank you to Mr Bolton for leading and supporting the TSA students on this adventure. Applications for the next Turing Scheme trip to South Africa 2026 will open in October for the new Year 12 cohortwatch this space!
