Within the home school agreement it is the responsibility of parents and carers to ensure that their child attends the academy each day and arrives on time – please see our punctuality section for details on the timings of the school day. Students should only be absent for genuine reasons such as sickness, medical appointments, exceptional circumstances (e.g. funerals) etc.
